Recruitment Process

We are always seeking talented individuals to join our team, whether it be in a production or office role. If you're interested in one of our open positions, we invite you to apply online through our website. Upon submission, you'll receive a confirmation of receipt, and within two weeks, you'll be notified if you've been selected for an initial interview.

3 phase interview process

The first interview is an introductory meeting with one of our HR advisors and often the direct manager of the department. If successful, you'll be invited to a second interview, where we'll discuss the position in greater detail and your work experience, competencies, and ambitions.

Other discussion partners may also be present during this meeting. If relevant to the position, we may require an assessment or medical examination, which you'll be informed of after the second interview. Additionally, if necessary, we may request references from former employers.

Finally, the third interview is an employment conditions interview with one of our HR advisors and possibly a direct manager. At Bayards, we adhere to the Collective Labor Agreement Metalektro, and you can find more information about it on their website.
