As Teamlead CNC at Bayards Aluminium Solutions you are the key person on the shop floor of our machining department. With your energetic approach, you will manage a team of 10-15 employees and ensure a flawless production process. You are the guarantee for quality and planning, setting the bar high every day. Through your focus on efficiency, you oversee the process and promote effective collaboration with departments such as Work Preparation and Warehouse. Taking initiative for improvements and process optimizations is in your DNA. You are constantly looking for ways to improve the production process and actively contribute to a more effective way of working.
