Project Leader Engineering in Nieuw-Lekkerland (full-time)
What will you do?
As a Project Leader of Engineering, you and your team will translate customer requirements into 3D models conforming to Bayards' standards. You will be involved in developing 3-D models with drawing packages and parts lists and coordinate progress with your colleagues, the Engineering Manager, and the customer. You will motivate your project team, and monitor planning and progression. You will be our new face in Engineering, with regular customer contact. You will help us to grow further in the field of Engineering and have the ability to draw as well as to have customer contact.
What do we require?
You have completed a technical HBO/WO education in shipbuilding and have several years of experience in a similar position in shipbuilding. You have extensive experience with 3D software programs. Siemens NX or Cadmatic is a plus. Good command of the Dutch and English language, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. You are driven, quality-conscious, results-oriented, creative, and show initiative. You strive for maximum quality and come up with inventive solutions. You are good at planning and organizing. You are involved, a collegial team player, and above all, you maintain calm and have an overview.
