What will you do?

As a Welder at Bayards Yacht Structures, you’ll work on unique aluminium components for exclusive yacht projects. You ensure that every weld meets the highest technical and visual standards. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced teammates in an environment that values skill, teamwork, and quality. Your main responsibilities include:

Reading technical drawings and welding specifications.
Setting up and adjusting aluminium welding equipment.
Performing welding tasks to the highest quality standards.
Inspecting your own work and suggesting improvements.
Maintaining a clean workspace and contributing to team results.

Who are you?

You have completed an MBO-level (or equivalent) technical education.
You have experience with aluminium welding – or the motivation to master it.
You pay attention to detail, work precisely, and care about quality.
You are a team player, flexible, and motivated. • You speak and understand Dutch and/or English well.

We operate under the Metalektro collective labour agreement, which means you can count on clear arrangements and solid employment conditions. But we offer more than that. A salary between €2960 and €4190 gross per month based on a full-time employment contract (40 hours per week), depending on your knowledge and experience, with room for growth.
40 days off per year: 27 vacation days + 13 ADV days for full-time employment.

Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometre for commuting.
