What will you do?

As an Industrial Painter / Blaster, you will work on assembled and complex aluminium constructions and components of various sizes. You’ll be responsible for the careful treatment of each part—from preparation to final finishing. Working within the production department, you’ll collaborate with fellow painters in Nieuw-Lekkerland and report to the Working Foreman. Your tasks include:

• Preparing, blasting, and painting aluminium parts—large and small.
• Performing light, precise manual work: masking neatly, applying even coating layers, and checking surface quality. • Applying the correct coating techniques specifically suited to aluminium.
• Reading work orders, setting up equipment, and collecting required materials.
• Conducting visual inspections, reporting deviations, and contributing ideas for optimal finishing.
• Following safety, quality, and environmental procedures during all activities.
• Maintaining tools and equipment and keeping your workstation clean and organized.
• Working closely with colleagues from the production and quality departments to achieve the best possible end result.
  
  

This role requires accuracy, discipline, and a strong eye for detail—qualities that make a real difference in our high-end aluminium production environment.

What do you bring?

• Experience in industrial blasting and/or painting, preferably with aluminium, stainless steel, yacht building, or similar sectors.
• A careful, tidy working style and attention to detail.
• A sense of responsibility, discipline, and teamwork.
• Motivation and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Good command of the Dutch language (English is a plus).
