Are you an welder with passion for yacht building? At Bayards Yacht Structures, you will have the opportunity as a Welder to apply your technical expertise!

What will you do?

Bayards Yacht Structures is looking for a skilled Welder to join our team in Nieuw-Lekkerland/IJsselmonde. In this role, you will work on high-end aluminium constructions for the luxury yacht industry. You will be responsible for creating precise welds that meet the highest quality standards. Working closely with the Foreman and/or Production Team Leader, you will contribute to the realization of exclusive yacht projects. Your tasks and responsibilities include:

Studying drawings and welding specifications.
Setting up welding equipment according to specifications.
Tack welding and welding aluminium components to the highest standards.
Performing interim weld inspections and reporting any deviations.
Ensuring a clean finish and maintaining a tidy work environment.
Actively keeping your welding knowledge up to date.

Who are you and what do you bring?

You have at least a completed MBO level 3 education, preferably in a technical field.
You have demonstrable experience with various welding techniques. preferably with aluminium.
You work accurately, independently, and with a strong focus on quality.
You are flexible, collegial, and show commitment.
You speak and read Dutch and/or English well.
You are available full-time and can start on short notice.
You have your own transport and preferably live in the Nieuw-Lekkerland or IJsselmonde area.
