What will you do?

As a Welder at Bayards Yacht Structures, you’ll work on unique aluminium components for exclusive yacht projects. You ensure that every weld meets the highest technical and visual standards. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced teammates in an environment that values skill, teamwork, and quality. Your main responsibilities include:

Reading technical drawings and welding specifications.
Setting up and adjusting aluminium welding equipment.
Performing welding tasks to the highest quality standards.
Inspecting your own work and suggesting improvements.
Maintaining a clean workspace and contributing to team results.

Who are youg?

You have completed an MBO-level (or equivalent) technical education.
You have experience with aluminium welding – or the motivation to master it.
You pay attention to detail, work precisely, and care about quality.
You are a team player, flexible, and motivated. • You speak and understand Dutch and/or English well.
