Full-time
Krimpen aan den IJssel

Are you someone who thrives in a technical production environment where craftsmanship and precision are the standard? Do you enjoy a role in which materials, processes and production align seamlessly — and do you want to contribute to high level projects? Then you are a perfect fit for our warehouse team.

Introduction

At Bayards Yacht Structures, you work in an environment where high quality engineering and craftsmanship take centre stage. Our teams build aluminium superstructures for the luxury yacht industry — unique projects we are genuinely proud of. As a Warehouse Employee, you play an essential role in this process: you ensure that materials are available safely, on time and in the correct condition, enabling our production to continue without delays.

What will you do?

As a Warehouse Employee, you hold a central and responsible position within our material flow. You ensure the correct receipt, storage and distribution of goods, and you keep inventory and administrative records up to date. You work closely with production, procurement, drivers and colleagues within the unit. In practice, this means you will:

  • receive, inspect and process incoming goods;
  • load and unload transports and report deviations;
  • place goods in the correct storage locations and contribute to optimising the location system;
  • carry out periodic stock counts and place orders for consumables;
  • maintain a tidy, safe and well organised working environment.

You work independently, but never alone: you coordinate daily with colleagues from production, procurement and logistics so everyone knows where materials are and when they will be delivered.

Who are you?

You feel at home in a technical production environment where craftsmanship and precision matter. You work in a structured way, keep oversight and take responsibility for a material process that runs smoothly. You enjoy being close to the production floor and understand how important it is that materials are in the right place at the right time. You also bring:

  • MBO level 2 or level 3 education.
  • Experience in a similar role within a technical or production environment.
  • Experience with internal transport equipment (a forklift certificate is an advantage).
  • Affinity with technology and working in a production environment.
  • A precise, safe and responsible working attitude.
  • The ability to communicate with colleagues in a practical and straightforward way.
  • Good command of Dutch or English.

In addition, we operate under the Metalektro Collective Labour Agreement and offer an excellent employment package, including:

** For recruitment agencies **

We primarily recruit ourselves and work exclusively with pre selected recruitment partners. Unsolicited CVs, profiles or candidate introductions — including those sent through channels other than our own recruiter — will not be accepted or processed and do not create any assignment, procedure, exclusivity, claim to the candidate or entitlement to compensation. Candidates who apply to us directly — even if their CV was previously submitted unsolicited by an agency — are considered direct applicants and fall under our own recruitment process, which always takes priority. Unsolicited acquisition is not appreciated.
