What will you do?

Bayards Aluminium Solutions is looking for a skilled Welder to join our production team in Nieuw-Lekkerland. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality welds that meet strict quality standards. You will work closely with the Foreman and/or Production Team Leader and contribute to the realization of complex aluminium structures for sectors such as offshore, defense, and infrastructure. Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Reading and interpreting drawings and welding specifications.
• Setting up welding equipment according to specifications.
• Tack welding and welding various aluminium components.
• Performing interim weld inspections and reporting deviations.
• Ensuring a clean finish and maintaining a tidy work environment.
• Keeping your welding knowledge up to date.
  

Who are you and what do you bring?

• You have at least a completed MBO level 3 education, preferably in a technical field.
• You have demonstrable experience with various welding techniques, preferably with aluminium.
• You work accurately, independently, and with a strong focus on quality.
• You are flexible, collegial, and show commitment.
• You speak and read Dutch and/or English well.
• You are available full-time and can start on short notice.
• You have your own transport and preferably live in the Nieuw-Lekkerland area.
