As Production Team Leader, you’ll lead a team of skilled professionals in aluminium sheet metal work and welding. You’ll organize activities, maintain oversight and ensure a safe and structured working environment. Your tasks include:

• Planning, organizing and supervising assembly and construction activities
• Managing, coaching and developing your team • Identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements
• Monitoring compliance with work procedures and quality standards
• Coordinating material availability in collaboration with the warehouse
• Close cooperation with Work Preparation, Purchasing, QA/QC, fellow Team Leaders and the Warehouse
• Overseeing the production process: from handover by Work Preparation to delivery of the finished product to the carrier
• Reporting, time registration and support with invoice verification

What do you bring?

• You are a true connector with an eye for both technology and people
• You have experience in production environments and know how to get teams and processes moving
• A completed vocational (MBO 4) or higher professional (HBO) education in a technical field
• Experience as a team leader in an assembly or production environment
• Knowledge of aluminium constructions, sheet metal work and welding techniques (IWT certification is a plus)
• Strong skills in planning, organizing and team motivation
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• A hands-on mentality with a strong focus on quality, safety and efficiency
• Full-time availability and residence in the Nieuw-Lekkerland area
