What will you do?

As a Workplace Administrator, you’ll be the cornerstone of our IT team, supporting our employees and ensuring smooth IT operations. Your responsibilities include:

  • First-line support: Providing quick and effective IT support to colleagues for daily issues.
  • Onboarding: Preparing and issuing laptops, phones, software, and associated licenses for new employees.
  • Change and Offboarding: Managing and reclaiming equipment, software, and licenses during role changes or employee departures, always adhering to procedures.
  • Maintenance: Ensuring the continuity and management of workstations and user accounts.
  • Supplier and partner communication: Communicating and collaborating with external parties.
  • Procurement: Assisting in the purchase of hardware and software to keep our IT systems up to date.
  • Collaborating on development: You work closely with your colleagues within the IT team. You regularly report to the IT manager and stay informed about new techniques and possibilities in the field of workplace management.

What do you bring?

  • Education: An MBO level 4 diploma, preferably in ICT infrastructure.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of recent and relevant work experience.
  • IT-skills: Experience with Microsoft packages (e.g., Office 365, Windows OS) and preferably knowledge of ERP, CRM systems, and tools like TOPdesk.
  • Problem-solving ability: You’re solution-oriented and quick to resolve issues.
  • Communication: You’re customer-focused and communicate effortlessly with colleagues at all levels.
  • Personality: Flexible, accurate, structured, independent, and hands-on. You work methodically and proactively, with an eye for detail and safety.
  • Language skills: If you are proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, we are very satisfied.
  • Driver's license: A valid driver's license B, preferably with your own transport.
  • Travel distance: You live in the vicinity of Heijningen or Tholen.
  • Availability: We would like to see you start soon and ask you to commit to this exciting challenge for 40 hours per week.
